Cindy Lai Fitness Central Park Outdoor Boot camp



This intense, fun-filled group class incorporates cardio, muscular endurance, plyometrics, calisthenics and core strengthening exercises into a 1-hour workout.  Boot Camp is open to beginners to seasoned athletes and is designed to burn calories, kick start your metabolism and get you into the best shape of your life!  Cindy Lai keeps her classes relatively small so that she can concentrate on the form and flexibility of each client throughout the fitness routines.  This ensures that you get maximum results and you reduce the risk of injury.

Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 & 7:30pm unless otherwise indicated on the calendar

Please note: To ensure a personalized experience, Cindy Lai Fitness Boot Camp classes are limited in attendance.  Due to this limitation, there is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.  Failure to notify Cindy Lai at least 24 hours in advance will forfeit your class fees.  If you need to cancel a reservation, please cancel directly through your username and password.

Meeting place is Central Park South and 59th Street Columbus Circle.  Please meet in front of the Maine monument at the park entrance (Gold statue with the horses).  We will do a warmup run towards sheep meadow and stay within the area.  Please carry a light backpack if possible and bring water and towel.  You can also check in your belongings at the 2nd floor Running store at the Time Warner Building across the street.  Bring your valuables with you.

You can take the A,C,B,D,1 to Columbus Circle and 8th Avenue or the N,R to 57th and 7th avenue
