    • Publicly-visible information: The following fields, if provided by the user, become publicly available on this website for other users to view.

      • Location (city & state)

    • Private information: The following fields, if provided by the user, are kept private only for the supplying user to see, and site administrators. Fields marked with an asterix (*) will be made available to the organization in ownership of the classes, if the user registers for that class. Only the information available at that time will be made available to the class owners. If the user changes these fields at a later point, the class owners will not see the changes, unless another class is registered for belonging to that owner. We are not responsible for what class owners do with the information that you willingly submit to them.

    • Class registration: When registering for classes, each user is given the option to make their registration private. If chosen, your registration will not be publicly linked to your user account. Only then, the user, the class owners, and the administrators can view this registration. If the registration is marked as public, the registration will become publicly visible. 
  • Messages
    • This site features the ability for users to send private messages between one another. Each private message can contain any number of recipients. These messages are only accessible to the users that are included on the message, as well as site administrators. We cannot guarantee what recipients will do with the information included in your private messages. Use this feature of that site at your own risk. Each user has the option to disable private messages for their account. 
  • Organizational information
    • Users are able to submit content to the site in the form of Spots and Classes. A spot represents a business, and all information pertaining to said business. A class represents a class or session taking place at a given location. The information submitted in these forms is subject to public visibility.

Analytical tracking

Software is potentially always in use that tracks the actions taken place on this website with the goal to provide insightful analytics, metrics, and potential problems. Some of these actions, included to, but not limited to, pages viewed, website referrals, search queries, and other related metrics may be submitted to third-party services, such as Google Analytics, for example. Information securely transmitted to third-party information does not include account information, or any information that could be linked to an individual account.
